stayAPT Suites

• stayAPT Suites is an exciting hotel model which provides an extended-stay experience that feels more like home for those traveling for business, relocation, or leisure. Every suite features a 500+ square-foot layout that includes a dedicated living room, kitchen with full-sized appliances, and separate bedroom.
• Construction of a stayAPT location in the Louisville suburb of Clarksville, Indiana, is underway, with an anticipated completion date in December 2023.
• Work will soon begin on an additional stayAPT Suites site in the Indianapolis suburb of Greenwood, Indiana.

Legacy Building

• Renovation work is underway at the historic Legacy Building in downtown Wichita, which will be the future home of the CGCPI, Netability, and Keycentrix corporate offices.  The anticipated move-in date is late summer of 2023.  The new building will feature three stories of office space, in order to accommodate the continued growth of the CGCPI group of companies.
